By accessing or using our site or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Scope of Services
We design, manufacture, and sell pop up cards for retail, wholesale, and corporate clients, including custom and bulk orders. Our services are available to customers worldwide, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to purchase from us. For corporate orders, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.
4. Ordering Process
4.1 Retail Orders
Retail customers may purchase directly from our website, subject to product availability.
4.2 Wholesale & Custom Orders
Wholesale and custom orders require confirmation of design, quantity, pricing, and production timelines before payment. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in [Currency] unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Retail Orders: Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
Wholesale Orders: A deposit is required before production, with the balance payable prior to shipment.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal (fees may apply).
6. Production & Delivery
6.1 Production Timelines
Estimated production timelines will be provided upon order confirmation. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., supply chain issues, customs clearance) will be communicated promptly.
6.2 Shipping & Risk of Loss
We ship worldwide via trusted carriers. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Retail Orders
We accept returns of unused, undamaged products within [X] days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
7.2 Wholesale Orders
Wholesale and custom orders are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects. Claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt.

All designs, images, text, and other content on our website are the intellectual property of Paper Color or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Color shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
