SEND THE DOCUMENTS FOR CONFIRMATION

After agreeing on how we proceed with the order, kindly send us the order list and we will send out official Quotation and Pro Forma Invoice for confirmation.

PRODUCTION

After confirming Q & PI and receiving the 1st payment, the production process will be initiated.

SHIPPING

When completing the remaining payment, the products will be ready to deliver. Then we will give you about tracking number so it can help you to check and follow the condition of your shipping.

Please send us multiple / clear photos of the designs which you want to make

1. HAVE A IDEA

Our design team will check the feasibility of making the cards, then come back to you with feedback

2 . CHECK THE FEASIBILITY

3 . MAKE PAYMENT

You then make design payment of 300$ per design

4 . SCHEDUKE THE DESIGN

Your design will then be scheduled to our Custom Design Schedule.

We will start your design accordingly to the schedule time, with the lead times of up to 7 days after working on the design and come back to you with photos and samples, depends on the complexity of the design

5 . SEND BACK SAMPLES

You can then make up to 3 times editing request of the designs, then we will calculate the final product price once we got your final confirmation

6 . EDIT

You can then add your design to your order, or make a separate one, as long as the total order reach our min order of 500 pcs and proceed with the payment

7 . FINAL PAYMENT

If you have reached the total quantity of 5,000 pcs over the course of 12 months, you will have your $300 refund back to you.

FAQ

Can you send us samples of your existing cards to examine the quality of materials and workmanship? (not personalised with our logo at this stage)

Sure, if you have never encountered our brand before, you can experience it directly with 10 free samples from us. We also have policies about it. Please contact our sale staffs to check as much as possible

Can you air ship us extra samples 25-50 of each card so we can examine consistency?

A sample program is a marvelous way to test a new product before you’ve committed to a bulk order of it from us. Sample lets you see if customers actually like it, before you commit to more. But we can only send you 10 items for free due to sample policy. If these designs have problems because of us, we’ll refund, remake or resend you all of defective cards.

Can you barcode the packaging of the samples? It is important that we check your ability to follow our barcoding instructions

Our purpose when sending free samples is for you to check the quality of paper, glue, design, color and feeling when holding the actual card. Therefore these models don’t have commercial value. We’re sorry, we don’t not make barcodes on these products and other requirements for them.

Is your paper recyclable?

We only use high quality Art Paper, imported from Spain, Italy, Korea and Japan. And all of them are non-recyclable & have the FSC certificate.

Is all the color viable for making?

We’re sorry but sometimes it’s not always available. Since using high-quality Art Paper, there will be some limitations for color reference and different colors will come with different features.

Can we customise colour or print, with our branding on the back?

We will assist you to customize every design, including changing color (as long as this color is available in our store), adding or removing the patterns (both inside and outside) and modifying the laser-cutting or printing. There will be a small extra fee for this service

Will there be a custom printed insert that can be pulled out of the card?

You may customize the printing on Insert Note and the extra fee for Insert Note is $0.3/pcs

Is the envelope customisable colour or print, and to be branded with our logo?

Both envelope printing and envelope customisable colour are acceptable. They will come up with a small extra cost. Please freely contact our Sales Staff for the cost in detail.

Is the size of the card customisable?

Yes, you can choose one of three our standard size including 5 inches x 7 inches; 15cm x 15cm or 15cm x 20cm

What are the minimum possible order?

The MOQ is 50pcs/designs, and $800 / order. You may mix many designs for each order as long as they reach these 2 quantities.

Will there be any support if we purchase in Bulk?

Yes! Based on your order value, we’ll offer different discounts. Please freely contact our Sales Staff in detail

How about the shipping cost?

We offer variety kinds shipping from UPS, TNT, Fedex, door to door service with both:
- Express delivery: 2-3 working days
- Economy delivery: 5-7 working days

What is the payment term?

- First payment: 50% of the total value & 100% shipping cost after signing the Pro Forma Invoice
- Second payment: when cards are ready to ship

How long will it take when I order 500pcs?

It depends on our own production schedule for both peak and normal season. It usually takes half of the day to produce 500pcs and they will be ready to ship at the same day. You can contact our sales staff directly for the current lead time.

Do you have other products besides 3D cards / Pop up cards?

We specialize in producing 3D cards / Pop up cards. However, should you have any project or need anythings, welcome to us where your need and demand will be fulfilled

How many designs do you have?

We have hundreds designs for different categories of Pop up cards, including Christmas, Love, Congratulations, Architecture, Sport, Vehicle, Birthday and so on

Do you make the new design for new customers like me?

Of course, as long as the total order reaches our min order of 500 pcs. Please feel free to contact our Sales Staff for the custom design policy to update information as soon as possible

We are a pop up card manufacturer, established since 2014 and based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What packaging will the cards come in (individually and when packaged together for shipping) ?

Each card comes in a single polybag enclosed with the pop-up card and blank envelope. For packaging, every 50 pieces will be packed in one small box and there are 50 small boxes in one 5-layer bigger carton box together.

For packaging, a single card and a white paper envelope / poly bag, 40-50 cards / small inner box, and 400-500 cards / master carton.

Please first send your barcode. PPC then will print and make it accordingly to your request. There would be extra cost for it though. Please freely contact the PPC sales staff for extra cost in details.

1. Firstly, please check the latest design on website, or freely contact PPC Sales Staff for the latest catalogues.

2. Secondly, please pick your 10 favorite designs and send them to PPC along with your address.

3. Thirdly, kindly note that the shipping cost will be covered by the receiver. Please contact the PPC sales staff for the shipping cost in details for each country.

4. After receiving the shipping cost, it will take PPC 2-3 working days to get your samples ready for shipping and it will take another 2-3 working days for UPS, door to door service, to deliver samples to you.

1. Firstly, regarding the quantity of sample: PPC can only send you first 10 designs for free due to the sample policy. PPC will be able to send you other 10 free sample along with each Order.

2. Secondly, in term of production consistency: after you receive the sample / order, you're welcome to check and feedback PPC if there are any quality problems. PPC are in full responisbility if these quality problems are cause by PPC and PPC will refund, or remake & resend you all of the defective cards
